Biography
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mike Krol is a designer currently based in New Haven, Connecticut. In addition to working for the Yale University Art Gallery, he is a freelance designer holding down clients like Nike, MTV, Penguin, and various bands and record labels you have never heard of.
Prior to that, Mike was a designer at Planet Propaganda in Madison, Wisconsin, working for clients such as Jimmy John's, American Players Theatre, Trek Bicycles, and Punchstock.
In 2010, Mike Krol was named a Young Gun by the Art Directors Club in New York City. This makes him one of the best creative professionals under the age of 30 - IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Believe the hype.
In 2006, Mike graduated from the School of Visual Arts in NYC and interned at the Type Director's Club.
